Foundation, transformation – short course of life
Our company’s predecessors’ formation started in 1948. At that time the agricultural co-operative farms began to develop and got their permit in 1949.
With the union of the agricultural co-operative farms the “Nagykun” Agricultural Co-operative Farms was formed in 1974.
After more than 15 years of successful farming, the privatization of land and the recent transformation did not break the success of the Nagykun Agricultural Co-operation.
On April 1, 2000, the Nagykun 2000 Mg. joint-stock company was established with the title of 97% of the cooperative’s assets, owned by 430 persons.
The company cultivates 4500-5000 hectares of leased and integrated land, and its annual revenue is consistently over 3 billion HUF. For twenty years, we have been paying pension contributions to all our employees.
